Dance Studio 84’s 9,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility is located in the Santa Clarita Valley (North Los Angeles County).  When not in use, the studio and its rooms are available for short-term rental at very reasonable rates.

The studio is available for rent during off hours; however, some rooms may be available during normal studio hours. For the most accurate information on availability, please give us a call or send us an email.

There are five separate "studios" (rooms) within the facility. Each studio has a stereo with CD (variable speed) and MP3 capability. All five have sprung floors. Rental rates vary from $35 to $50 per hour (depending on the room size). With 8 or more rental hours per week (can be combined if more than one room is rented), a 10% discount would apply.
